BELLISIMA BROWS, is a professional permanent makeup studio that only works by appointment, walk-ins are not accepted. Due to the nature of our detailed, artistic services, we prefer you do not bring any extra guests/kids/pets, with you during your appointment.

The non-refundable deposit is required to book and confirm all permanent makeup appointments. It ensures your time is held for your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from your final balance. The remainder of your balance is due at the time of your appointment.
The remaining balance can be paid in CASH, DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD only.Taxes, tips, bank feed, etc, are not included in the prices of services. Taxes will be calculated during final payment.
Touch ups are not included in any initial service.

Trains delayed, being stuck in traffic, etc. It happens. But lateness affects other clients appointments. For this reason, if you are over 15 MINUTES LATE to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled, without exception. The deposit is non-refundable and is not applicable to the any rescheduled service. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.

If you would like to cancel/reschedule your appointment you must do so 48 hours before your appointment.
All services canceled less than 48 hours in advance will forfeit the deposit.

All Clients that have a deposit and need to reschedule, and have done so in the appropriate time greater than 48hr window have the opportunity to reschedule one time, without having to inquire a lost deposit.

Clients who do not show up for their appointment will not be given the opportunity to reschedule and inquire a loss of deposit.

All semi-permanent makeup treatments are done in two sessions: 1 initial session and 1 touch-up session, which should be done between 4 and 8 weeks after the initial session. Both sessions are required to achieve the desired results; optimal results are not guaranteed with only one session. If you only wish to schedule one session, please do not book the appointment. After these sessions, the treatment will require at least 1 maintenance session per year (the time may vary depending on your skin type)
We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with results from clients who have only had one session. We want to make it clear that all PMU treatments are completed in two sessions, and after these, the tattoo will require annual maintenance. No retouching is included in the initial sessions.
If you do not return for your retouch in weeks 4 -8 and return after this time, the touch up price will increase
Additional touchup sessions may be requested for those that have gone through multiple removals, oily skin, or wanting more saturation to their look, this is an additional touch-up charge.
We do not offer touch-ups on other artists work, touch-up prices are for our previous clients only. If you are a new client to me, you must book for a new procedure.
Healed results will vary with each individual client. No guarantees will be made.

If you have existing permanent makeup tattoos, including brows, lips, and eyeliner, they must be old and faded before coming into the studio for new service. We cannot complete new service when the previous work is too dark, discolored, or large. Tattoo removal will be recommended before any new service can be successful. Previous work can not always be “fixed” or made more beautiful by doing a cover-up.

BELLISIMA BROWS, does not offer refunds for deposits, canceled or missed appointments, allergic reactions to products, or displeasure with the service. If you are worried about potential allergic reactions to adhesives, pigments, numb, or skincare products, you may request a consultation first or consult your doctor.
The responsibility to correctly follow the aftercare instructions rests solely with the customer. BELLISIMA BROWS does not offer refunds for poorly healed results resulting from not following the aftercare instructions or due to healing problems of the client's skin
